Terms of sale

Effective 14 October 2026. These are QuickShop's standard terms of sale, completed with Penforge Studios's details. Penforge Studios has not added terms of its own.

The contract of sale is between you and Penforge Studios. QuickShop provides the website, checkout and order system the store runs on; it is not the seller and does not hold your payment.

Prices

Prices are in NGN and are the prices shown when you check out, including any discount applied. Delivery fees are shown before you pay. If a price was shown in obvious error, the store may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Stock

Stock is shown live. When you place an order, its items are reserved for you while you pay. If something has sold out by then, checkout tells you and you are not charged for it.

Placing an order

When you place an order you receive an order reference by email; this confirms the store has received it. The store may decline an order - for example if an item turns out to be unavailable - and will refund anything you paid.

Payment

You can pay by:

  • Pay on delivery

Card and bank payments are taken by the store's payment provider and go to the store. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once your payment arrives. Pay-on-delivery orders are paid when you receive them.

Cancelling

To cancel, contact the store as soon as possible with your order reference. Orders that have not been sent can usually be cancelled and refunded. Once an order has been sent, the returns terms below apply.

Returns and refunds

Penforge Studios has not published a returns window. Contact the store before sending anything back.

Refunds go back through the method you paid with. This does not affect your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Delivery

  • The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • The parcel is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to the address you gave.

Pickup

  • You can collect your order from the store in Calabar, Cross River State - choose pickup at checkout. Pickup is free.
  • Bring your order reference when you collect.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell the store as soon as possible - from your order page (Report a problem) or using the contact details above. Keep the item and packaging, and photos help. The store will replace, repair or refund items that are faulty, damaged or wrong.
